|Chung-Lun Industrial Park Shows Great Development Potential
The Kaohsiung Urban Planning Commission approved the MRT Yellow Line Y20 station project, potentially making the Fengshan Chung-Lun area the new hub of East Kaohsiung. Chung-Lun, located near Wujia and Daliao, boasts convenient transportation with the future Yellow Line and National Highway 7. With limited large-scale development space in surrounding areas, Chung-Lun offers substantial potential. The Economic Development Bureau aims to position Chung-Lun as a hub for medical biotech and software design industries, seeking to expand its area and attract flagship enterprises to establish headquarters, forming an industrial chain and spurring development.

The first phase of Kaohsiung MRT's Gangshan Luzhu extension line to RK1 Gangshan Station will open in late June, with operational tests on June 11 and 12, followed by inspections on June 15. Noise reduction walls will be installed along the entire RK1 section. This extension line connects multiple industrial parks and is expected to serve 350,000 residents and employees in North Kaohsiung, promoting local development. The MRT Bureau is also developing joint projects, enhancing living amenities in Gangshan and Luzhu and advancing Kaohsiung as a livable tech city.

|Luzhu Urban Development Achieves Major Milestone
In response to the Executive Yuan's "Southern Taiwan Development Plan," the Kaohsiung City Government recently completed a comprehensive review of the Luzhu urban plan. Key aspects include planning a "Luzhu Industrial-Residential Community" north of Luzhu Science Park, featuring 16 hectares of industrial land, 20 hectares of residential and commercial land, and 13 hectares of public facilities. Additionally, MRT development zones RK6 and RK7 are designated along the Gangshan Luzhu extension line. The plan is currently open for public review and, once finalized, is expected to transform Luzhu's landscape.
