1. Member Service Terms

If the member violates the relevant laws of the Republic of China, the Company may take legal action.
If there is a change in the member's basic information (such as address, telephone number, and other registration information), please update the relevant personal information periodically to ensure its correctness and completeness. If the information provided is incorrect or does not match, the website has the right to suspend or terminate the member's account and refuse them to continue using the service.

6. Returns and Exchanges Guidelines

Upon receiving the product, you will have a 7-day appreciation period. (Please note that this period is not for trial use. If you find any aspect unsatisfactory upon inspection, please refrain from opening or using the product.)
Pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, the following listed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once unsealed, unless due to lack of content or unusability:

Items susceptible to spoilage, with short shelf lives, or near expiration upon contract termination.
Customized products as per consumer requests.
Goods like newspapers, periodicals, magazines, and similar items.
Audiovisual products or computer software unsealed by the consumer.
Digital content not provided via tangible medium or online services completed upon provision with prior consumer consent, such as e-books, e-magazines, and VIP subscriptions.
Personal hygiene products unsealed.
Event tickets and international air passenger services.

7. Notes on Returns and Exchanges

Please ensure the integrity of the original packaging when returning the product. Please return any accompanying gifts or accessories. The inability to restore the original condition might affect your return rights. Single-item returns by disassembling are not possible; the entire order must be returned.
"EnergyOMNI VIP" digital e-book services, once reading access has been granted, cannot be refunded or returned.
For certain products shipped and delivered by external vendors, returns and exchanges will be processed by the original vendor. The processing period may take approximately 14 business days (excluding holidays). We apologize for any inconvenience.
For overseas orders wishing to exchange due to defects, please contact customer service first (Customer Service Contact Page: https://www.energy-omni.com/contact）。
For returns and exchanges initiated due to member-related reasons, members need to arrange and bear the return shipping fee themselves. Postal fees for successful shipments will not be separately refunded. When selecting items, please confirm the product requirements before proceeding to checkout. Completing an order signifies member agreement with these terms.
In case of discovering defects or missing accessories upon receiving the product, please contact the customer service center via email or phone within 3 days for exchange procedures.
If a member's order does not qualify for free shipping due to the order amount falling below the standard, resulting in shipping fees being incurred, the shipping fee portion will not be refunded after the order is returned.

8. Exclusive Rights of the Company

All software or content contained in this service, or linked to by this service, or provided by the advertisers or partners of the Company, are protected by copyright, proprietary rights, or other laws.
When you transmit data to the service provided by the Company, you agree that this data is open to the public (accessible to anyone). 14. Termination of Membership and the Company's Obligation to Notify:

The company has the right to modify the content of any service or terminate any member account service.
If a member decides to terminate their membership with the company, they may directly notify the company via email or through the mechanisms provided by the company for cancellation. The company will promptly cancel your membership information.
Members have an obligation to notify the company of the cancellation of their membership and, from the date of ceasing their membership with the company (based on the date of the company's email notification), will lose all the benefits and privileges provided by this service.
In order to prevent any loss of entitlements due to malicious incidents, when a member notifies the company to terminate their membership, the company will confirm the request by email before proceeding with the cancellation of the membership.
