｜Interview with Huey-Jen Su, Formal President at NCKU

　　On 13 Jan 2023, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) organized an event called "2023 SOFT POWER Flexible Advancement Female Leadership Talk on ESG" in partnership with the European Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan-Low Carbon Initiative (ECCT-LCI) The event showcased 8 accomplished female leaders from various industries and focused on sustainable development.

　　NCKU formal President Huey-Jen Su asserted that the era of comprehensive intelligence requires constant adaptation to shape the future. She expressed that through signing the "2023 Women's Leadership Sustainability Statement" and supporting women's actions.

　　Huey-Jen Su also emphasized that as women, we often need to assume multiple roles in life, which inherently cultivates the ability to solve multiple difficulties. Furthermore, this ability allows for a systematic approach to identify solutions to problems. By combining this trait with the legacy of higher education, she hopes to contribute more to the issues of sustainability.
