Approximately 1 kilometer and a 5-minute drive from TSMC's Kaohsiung plant, the "Technological Core of HSR Zuoying" public urban renewal project has officially signed the agreement. The project includes the construction of A-class office spaces and boutique hotels, with groundbreaking expected in August 2026, marking the start of the new gateway development for North Kaohsiung's S Industrial Corridor.

Kaohsiung City's public urban renewal project has achieved another success. Located at the intersection of Dazhong and Minzu Roads in Zuoying District, near the Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, the public urban renewal project has selected Shangfa Construction as the best applicant for Unit 2. Both 1 & 2 units have successfully attracted investors.
