Chairman Cheng-Hung Huang Completes Secondment at CSBC　Resignation Accepted; Returning to National Cheng Kung University

Since assuming the position of Chairman of CSBC Corporation, Taiwan（hereinafter CSBC）, Mr. Huang Cheng-Hung has fully recognized the significant responsibility of advancing the national policy of indigenous shipbuilding and driving corporate transformation. With unwavering commitment and a diligent approach, he has consistently led by example without complacency. Thanks to the strong support of the government and the collective efforts of the entire team, the company has made steady progress in its reform initiatives and major projects, earning widespread recognition from various sectors. We hereby extend our sincere gratitude to all who have supported us.

After thorough and careful consideration over an extended period, Chairman Huang has decided, due to family reasons, to return to National Cheng Kung University prior to the end of his secondment. He has therefore tendered his resignation as Chairman to the competent authorities, and the resignation has been duly approved. Chairman Huang has pledged his full cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition and providing any necessary support following his departure. He also extends his best wishes for CSBC’s continued advancement and future success.
