Ørsted Named Asia's Best Employer for 4 Years in a Row　Ｗins First Sustainable Workplace Award

Ørsted's friendly workplace and commitment to sustainability has earned it "Best Companies To Work For In Asia" for the fourth year in a row.

The "Best Companies To Work For In Asia" Awards encompass 14 markets across the region, recognising companies with outstanding HR practices such as well-rounded talent development plan, friendly workplace and high employee identity.

According to the "Best Companies to Work For In Asia" survey, Ørsted scored 6-10 % above the overall average across all participating companies in areas such as corporate culture, employee engagement, and team dynamics.

In the category on workplace sustainability, which includes the company's environmental impact, social responsibility practices, and implementation of corporate governance and ethical standards, Ørsted was well perceived by its employees.

As one of the world's most sustainable energy companies, Ørsted is not only steadily progressing towards its goal of achieving carbon neutrality in corporate operations and energy production by 2025 but also aspires to set new standards in promoting biodiversity during offshore wind farm development.

This aims to further protect and restore the marine environment, furthering to achieve net-positive impact on biodiversity. As part of this effort, Ørsted is undertaking biodiversity initiatives in various markets, including the ReCoral project at the Greater Changhua 1 and 2a offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
