　　Kuosheng 2 Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 will be officially decommissioned on March 14th. As a result, it is estimated that a base electricity output of 985MW will be lost. The Ta-Tan Power Plant Unit 8, slated to go online at the beginning of April, still requires some testing before it can support peak power usage on time. This presents a challenge for the facility.

　　Ta-Tan Power Plant Unit 8 will bring approximately 1.12 million KW of electricity if it operates smoothly in the near future.
