The Executive Yuan recently approved the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Deep Energy Conservation Promotion Plan," which plans to invest NT$35.3 billion from 2023 to 2027 to enhance energy efficiency and drive NT$326.6 billion in energy-saving investments. Shinfox Energy's energy technology service brand subsidiary, Foxwell Power (FWP), has pioneered the launch of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) deep energy conservation program, tailored to help various enterprises achieve 40-50% energy savings, supporting both businesses and the nation in reaching significant energy efficiency goals.

On the 24th, Taiya Renewable Energy (TRE) held a family picnic event in Tongxiao, Miaoli, attracting over 200 local residents. The event aimed to strengthen education on sustainable energy and environmental protection. TRE is actively promoting the development of floating offshore wind energy in Taiwan, planning to invest in the "Huanyang Offshore Wind Project" off the coast of Miaoli, and is committed to local community welfare. The event featured a variety of interactive experiences, including DIY workshops, demonstrations of century-old rush weaving crafts, and gourmet food trucks.

Yunneng Wind Power Completes Installation of All 80 Subsea Foundations for 640 MW Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm
Yunneng Wind Power Co., Ltd (YWPC) has announced the successful installation of all 80 subsea foundations for the 640 MW "Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm". This achievement follows the successful grid connection of half of the wind turbines and marks another significant milestone for YWPC. The project team has completed the installation of all 80 subsea foundations and 68 wind turbines, with 52 of the turbines now connected to the Taipower grid and generating electricity. Additionally, 56 array cables and 12 export cables have been laid. These advancements signify that the Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm has entered the final stage of its construction.

The Hai Long Project Officially Announced the launch of 14 MW Production Line with Siemens Gamesa at the Taichung Nacelle Factory
The Hai Long offshore wind power project (hereinafter referred to as the Hai Long project) announced today (15th) the official opening of its nacelle factory in Taichung, in collaboration with Siemens Gamesa. This partnership involves the expansion of Siemens Gamesa's nacelle assembly plant in Taichung, dedicated to producing 14 MW wind turbines for the Hai Long wind farm. The completed nacelle factory is expected to begin supplying turbines for the Hai Long wind farm in the second quarter of 2025, with offshore installation scheduled to commence in the same year.

Siemens Gamesa has Officially Commenced Production of the 14 MW Wind Turbines in Taichung New Nacelle Factory
Siemens Gamesa's new Taichung nacelle factory expansion project has been completed at the end of 2023 and officially commenced production on August 15. The factory specializes in manufacturing the latest 14 MW offshore wind turbine nacelles for Taiwan's offshore wind farm industry. This production milestone marks Siemens Gamesa's commitment to Taiwan's offshore wind energy sector. The Taichung nacelle factory underwent renovations and expansions in 2022, upgrading its production line from the original SG 8.0-167 DD to the new SG 14-222 DD offshore wind turbine, increasing the capacity from 8 MW to 14 MW. It is projected that by the end of 2026, this facility will create 300 job opportunities.
